1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Return Window)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in original packaging
Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Item must not be damaged due to misuse

If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


2. Important: Contact Us Before Returning

Since we work with multiple international suppliers and warehouses, return addresses vary depending on the product and location.

Do NOT return any item without contacting us first.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted or refunded.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

For most returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using trackable shipping service

If the item is:
Damaged
Defective
Wrong item received

Then:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Send clear photos/video proof
We will arrange replacement or full refund (no extra cost)


4. Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds issued to original payment method

5. Non-Returnable Items

After 12 hours:
Order may already be processed/shipped
Cancellation may not be possible
You may need to request return after delivery
